The apartment is very practically furnished with lots of storage space. The large windows provide lots of light. There is a large sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms, except the bathroom, have wooden parquet .
The open kitchen is equipped with quality equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and regular coffee maker) and all necessary household utensils to make your seaside holiday easy.
There is a separate bedroom with double bed (160x200) and built-in wardrobes and renovated bathroom with toilet.
In the basement there is a separate storage room where you can find beach chairs and ample space to store your suitcases. Including a small freezer .
The building has a lift , the apartment has an intercom, WIFI, digital TV and a bicycle shed.
In short, all comforts are provided for a carefree weekend, (mid)week or month at the seaside.

The reservation of your stay is only final after payment of the full rental amount. This amount must be paid within 5 days after confirmation of your reservation.

The rental price includes electricity (normal consumption), water, WiFi and digital TV.

The deposit of €200 is mandatory per stay and must be paid together with the rent. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end date of your stay on condition that the apartment was left clean and undamaged.

The inventory will be sent in attachment with confirmation of your request and is present in the apartment. If the inventory is incorrect, the tenant will immediately inform the owner.
