good agreements

The reservation of your stay is only final after payment of the full rental amount. This amount must be paid within 5 days after confirmation of your reservation.
The rental price includes electricity (normal consumption), water, WiFi and digital TV.
The deposit of €200 is mandatory per stay and must be paid together with the rent. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end date of your stay on condition that the apartment was left clean and undamaged.

The house rules of the Residentie Zonnestraat are displayed in the entrance hall and must be respected at all times.

Your request for your stay is only final after confirmation by email and after payment
the keys can be collected according to appointment (time, place)
The inventory will be sent in attachment with confirmation of your request and is present in the apartment. If the inventory is incorrect, the tenant will immediately inform the owner.

CHECK OUT

The apartment must be cleaned and free of waste upon departure,
Please leave the dishes clean and washed in the cupboards
The return of the keys will take place by mutual agreement
